1. Our Commitment to the Environment

Disposable vapes, pods, and lithium vape batteries pose significant environmental risks if thrown into standard household rubbish bins. We are committed to minimizing this impact by providing a free, simple recycling program for our customers.

2. UK WEEE Regulations

In accordance with the UK WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations, electronic vaping devices must be collected separately and processed at certified facilities to recover valuable lithium, plastics, and metals while preventing hazardous chemical contamination.

3. How to Recycle with Us

You can recycle your used disposable vapes and pods with us in two ways:

• Local Drop-off: Return your empty vapes to our designated recycling boxes at any participating partner store.
• Mail-in Recycling: Collect 10 or more empty disposable vapes, request a free recycling shipping label from support@saltandpod.co.uk, pack them securely, and mail them back to us for recycling.

4. Recycling Guidelines

Please ensure that all devices are intact and not leaking. Do not attempt to open disposable vapes or remove batteries yourself, as this can be dangerous. Pack them in a sealed bag before posting or dropping off.
