When you place an order, we perform a secure, automatic age verification check using your name, address, and date of birth. This check queries public records (e.g. electoral roll, credit records) to confirm you are 18+. This check is a soft footprint check and does not affect your credit rating.
If the automatic check is unable to confirm your age (e.g. if you recently moved or are not registered on the electoral roll), your order will be placed on hold. We will email you with a secure link to upload a photo of your ID (Passport or Driving License). Once verified, your order is dispatched immediately, and the uploaded ID is deleted.
Delivery couriers are instructed to run a Challenge 25 policy upon delivery. If the recipient appears under 25, the courier will ask for photo ID before releasing the package. Vapes will never be handed over to minors or left unattended.
