1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. We offer the following shipping options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95 (Free on orders over £20) – Delivery in 2-3 business days.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.95 (Next business day delivery).
• DPD Next Day Delivery: £7.95 (Guaranteed next day delivery).

2. Age Verification on Delivery

All packages are shipped under a strict “18+ Signature Required” service. Royal Mail or DPD delivery staff will ask for valid photo ID if the recipient appears under 25. The package cannot be left in a safe place or delivered to anyone under 18 years old.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, e-liquids, open pods, coils, and disposable vapes cannot be returned once their seal is broken or packaging is opened.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty device or a package damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@saltandpod.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
